Lou loses his construction job. First, he goes to Donald's home to ask for his help to pass the Civil Service exam. The only problem is that Lou was thrown out of the examination because he was caught cheating. Joe gives him a job at the Point After to help restore Lou's self-esteem, but Lou fails miserable, forcing Joe to fire him.
