Joe Waters

Joe is the middle Waters brother and owner of the Point After sports bar and restaurant. He is also a retired placekicker for the Philadelphia Eagles. Joe, who was definitely more sensible and open-minded, didn't see Cliff's sudden declaration of homosexuality robbing any aspect of their relationship.
